My beautiful homestay roommate, this darling girl I met via the interweb, has just arrived in good old Willington CT for the next two days. She will watch me panic as I try to cram 200lbs of clothes and toiletries into two suitcases that must max out at 50lbs each, realize I forgot vital items, and cry... a lot. Then we depart for our semester abroad in Barcelona, Espana on wednesday.
With a long summer, a brutal hurricane, a flat tire, and one giant mess of a goodbye in Burlington behind me... I could not be more ready to run away into Europe for adventures and debauchery. Dear god let me live through this with a few good stories to tell.
